Boozhoo/Hello
Life is full of challenging times and everyone needs a helping hand occasionally. I support clients in identifying the issues surrounding those challenges that are stopping them from experiencing their lives to the fullest. While it is impossible to change the situations of the past, we can work together to ensure that the future is more fulfilling, meaningful, and hopeful.
My philosophy for working with individuals comes from a wholistic perspective and addresses the spiritual, emotional, mental, and physical wellbeing of a person to find help, hope and healing for any situation. I find an incredible amount of fulfillment in helping others and seeing them achieve what ever it is that they are seeking in this life. So, if you are looking for someone to support you while you are seeking the answers to those situations that are challenging you, I am willing to work along side you to help you to find the answers that are right for you.
My Approach
A Wholistic Approach
So, just what does a wholistic healing practice entail anyway?
Well just as the name suggests, it’s about addressing the whole person. Many times, in life we neglect or experience things that affect our wellness in the four areas of spirit, heart, body and mind and this causes an imbalance and difficulties in our lives. When one aspect of our life is out of balance it affects many of the other parts of our lives. By looking at our situations which affects these four areas of spirit, heart, mind and body we can find the answers you are looking for. Sometimes we may be affected by events that we did not have a choice in and sometimes we have made a choice for ourselves that just did not work out as we intended. By using the components in these four areas, everyone can find wholeness and healing despite the situation. I look forward to working with you to find help, hope and healing as you move forward in your life!
