Circle of Discovery is a community-minded wholistic practice which uses a trauma -informed, anti-oppressive approach. I sincerely believe that emotional, mental, physical and spiritual healing is within everyone’s reach. You just need to take that first step.

In addition to using a wholistic approach, I also use strategies from other leading frameworks such as Narrative Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. Traditional Indigenous healing methods are also practiced.
